| Location: Dublanc, first village when travelling south on west coast road from Picard, Portsmouth. Brief Description: Upper floor is a self contained fully furnished and equipped holiday apartment. 2 bedrooms each with double bed, 2 bathrooms with shower, one en-suite (no hot water). Master bedroom has A/C and a small sea facing balcony. Bedroom 2 has a wall fan. Both beds have hanging mosquito nets over. Combined living/ dining/ kitchen area with stairs up to a top level where a bed settee and double mattress offer additional sleeping for a larger family. Cable TV. No telephone or internet though there is a public tel. kiosk on roadside nxt to villa. Secure parking for your vehicle rental. The Dominican owner resides in a neighbouring island and retains the downstairs unit for the occasional visit. A handy location for Morne Diablotin National Park, Syndicate Forest, Picard Beach, Cabrits Dive Centre, Indian River, Cabrits National Park and Fort Shirley. Also convenient for visitors to staff and students attending Ross Medical School. Dublanc is a small, friendly village. The shoreline rarely has sand but the sea is typically calm and clear and good for snorkelling. Some noise from passing vehicles can be heard though there is little traffic at night. Approx. 40 minutes by road from Melville Hall Airport, 10 minutes from Portsmouth, 50 minutes from Roseau. Frequent local minibus service passes between Portmouth and Roseau. Vehicle Rental recommended for exploring the island. Rates (US$):-----fully inclusive Apartment per night for 1 or 2 persons $60.00 each additional person (3 + 4) $10.00 each further additional person sleeping upstairs $8.00 10% discount for stay of 14 days or longer
