Description:
A recently completed self contained downstairs apartment occupies
approx. half the floor area of the main villa above and is more
compact. A bar counter separates the kitchen from the Lounge/Dining
Area, which has cable TV and a small balcony. One bedroom with double
bed. 2nd bedroom has single bunk beds. One bathroom (not en suite) has
combined bath/ shower. External stairs lead down to the garden. On the
remainder of the covered area at apartment level is
a small tiled counter with sink and some garden furniture, where
you can relax outdoors and enjoy the west coast sunsets. Keeps
open the Salisbury option during periods when the villa is
already booked. Renting both the villa and apartment affords the
opportunity to accommodate a party of up to a maximum of 10 persons.

up than these two cottages is a 2 story building, the top floor of
which is occupied by the Swedish owner. There are two apartments on the

(north side) is a one bedroomed apartment with king size four poster
bed and a large uncovered veranda with table and chairs.
Royal Palm
(south side) is the largest one bedroom apartment with high quality
furnishings. King Size four poster bed. Cable TV and leather sofa in
dining room. A second double bed may be swung down into the lounge from
behind a wall panel. This is intended for family use as the only
bathroom is en-suite. Large uncovered veranda with table and chairs.

The south east coast is reached in 20 min.- Rosalie turtle beach, Sari
Sari Falls behind Laplaine, Victoria Falls on the White River.

for self catering. There is no telephone, TV, or A/C, but cottage is in
a shady location and has radio, stand fans, hot water showers and nets
over beds. Close by is the Seabird Cafe. Several snackets in Scotts
Head
and Soufriere are just a ten minute walk.
NATURE ISLAND
DIVE in Soufriere (approx 10 minutes
walk)
is one of the island's leading dive centres and also offers kayaking
&
cycling. Training is available for beginners.
