Location: Scotts Head, a quiet cul-de-sac fishing village at the south west tip of Dominica,approximately 25 minutes drive south of Dominica's capital, Roseau.This area is well known for its unique and varied diving and snorkelling opportunities. The bay inside the 'toe' of Dominica is a submerged volcano and a Marine National Park, with drop-offs, wrecks, a wide variety of colourful fish and an abundance of coral in pristine condition, excellent for snorkelling and scuba diving. A trail leads up the toe past old cannons to the summit of a rocky outcrop. To the south, from any vantage point, the French island of Martinique may be clearly seen across the channel on a clear day.

Brief Description: Recently completed two storey residence on a western slope in the upper part of the village.The ground floor is a self contained, fully furnished and equipped holiday apartment. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen area with ceiling fans,cable TV, radio & CD player.No telephone yet, though the owners have one in case of emergency.240-110V adaptor available for US hair-driers, chargers etc. Two bedrooms with ceiling fans, one with queen size bed, the other with standard double bed, bathroom with hot water shower. Insect screens to all windows.Covered patios to both lounge and bedroom, each with table & chairs, overlooking a lawned garden with bench seats. Partial sea view. Driveway parkingfor your vehicle rental. The Dominicanowners occupy the level above. Also in the vicinity are hot water mineral pools in the forest behind Soufriere Village and a nature trail to sulphur deposits above them.
