Location:          Morne Daniel, quiet hillside suburb above Canefield, south west coast of Dominica.
Brief Description: Newly completed luxury bedsit apartment with generous covered balcony at an elevated location, enjoying excellent views of the Caribbean Sea. Half acre well tended garden has lawns, paths and fruit trees. The floor above is the owner's residence. Open plan living/ dining/ kitchen. Choice of 110V or 220V power outlets. Air conditioning. Cable TV. WiFi internet. Insect screened opening windows. Bathroom with hot water shower. Wide covered balcony with table and chairs. Laundry facilities are in a separate area, accessed from the garden. Secure parking for your vehicle rental. Only 5 minutes drive from Roseau. 10 minute drive to 3 dive centres.
