Brief Description: Situated on a hillslope at an elevation of approx 300ft. in a residential suburb only 10 minutes drive from Roseau and just a few hundred yards from the Imperial Road connecting Roseau and Melville Hall Airport. The top floor is a fully furnished self contaied apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a sea facing balcony. The master bedroom has a double and single bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony. The other two bedrooms each have two single beds. Cable TV in lounge. The owner occupies the floor below, where she has one double guest room available. Guests may have meals prepared on request at reasonable cost.
